Jane practiced Environmental Law for over two decades at major global law firms. She founded her own consulting business in 2001 and, for the last 20 years, she has collaborated with clients on talent issues: recruitment, retention, development, and promotion. She has been on the boards of various mutual fund complexes for more than three decades and currently chairs the board of the Van Eck family of mutual funds.
Jane’s desire to have an “aligned” life lead her to impact investing. She enthusiastically invests money and expertise in businesses who operate in an environmentally sustainable manner and have strategic plans to disrupt the status quo with regard to equity and access to financial capital, housing, healthcare, and/or education.
